Hi Dave, I was in your side at KSC on causeway the night launch with my “poor” 40D camera and 100-400 zoom !
I shooted the Endeavour night launch as you and I taked a “shuttle time lapsed” pic since T-30 seconds to MECO.

If you tap the left or right arrow keys you will modify tint. To dismiss the white balance tool, press the “w” key when you are done; you can then press the left or right arrows to select the next image.

Except after I click the white balance and press the right arrow to go to the next photo, the Magenta/Green slider moves to the right instead of going to the next photo like it does when the Auto Dismiss is checked. Am I missing something or does this negate the usefulness of un-checking the auto-dismiss? So now i need to manually select the next photo which actually takes longer than re-checking the White Balance Selector each time. Please explain.

Hi David,
It was great meeting you in January and sharing the adventure of Antarctica.

We just checked out your galleries and were very impressed with all of them. Of course, we were especially interested in the Antarctica 2008 gallery to see what we missed, and it turns out we missed a lot. You have some excellent images there! Next time I’m going to have to clone myself and Janet, so we can be in more than one place at a time .

In case you’re interested, I now have Antarctica 2008 photos up on my site, as well as Patagonia which was done after we got off the ship.
